Introducing WIDADO - Austria’s first online marketplace, developed by Re-Use Austria, that brings together social and circular enterprises to offer a unique selection of second-hand furniture, homewares, clothing, books and more.
Each item featured on WIDADO is thoughtfully cleaned, expertly repaired, fairly priced and listed by staff – many of whom are work integration participants gaining valuable experience in logistics, repairs, sales and more. These roles not only support circular economy goals, but also help individuals transition into long-term employment.
WIDADO stands as a remarkable example to the potential of digital innovation in fostering both inclusive employment opportunities and sustainability, all while giving new life to pre-loved goods.
