Founded in 1998, RCYCL is a social economy organisation combining waste recovery with employment and training. It provides flexible bulky-waste collection and manually sorts items and materials to maximise reuse and recycling. Working with 15 municipalities and 12 public social welfare centres, RCYCL also supports social and professional integration. In 2024, it collected 3,197 tonnes of bulky waste, with a recovery rate of around 75%.
