Roscommon Women's Network
The shop was first opened as a pop up shop in 2013 by RWN services users to raise funds following budget cuts. We accept donations of clothes, shoes, bags, household items, jewellery, books, dvd’s, toys and small items of furniture. We do not accept donations of electrics, duvets, pillow or towels. We also sell new aprons, bags, soft toys and gifts made by our Textile Upcyling group, CycleUp from some of the shops textile waste.
RWN Charity shop is run by 10 volunteers who work on a shift rota basis under the supervision of RWN Staff and Board of Management. The entire proceeds from the shop go towards the ongoing overhead costs associated with running the RWN organisation directly supporting women and families in the County Roscommon especially the most vulnerable.
