On 22 and 23 October 2025 RREUSE and its Italian member Rete 14 Luglio welcomed social enterprises, policymakers, researchers, and circular economy practitioners to Naples for the 2025 RREUSE International Conference “Lost in transition? A compass for an inclusive circular economy”. Over two days, participants explored how values, local contexts, and collaborative approaches can guide the transition toward a greener and more inclusive Europe.
With contributions from more than 35 speakers and the participation of delegates from across Europe, the conference offered a rich platform to reflect on the challenges ahead and the practical solutions emerging from social and circular enterprises.
We are pleased to release the 2025 Conference Report, which collects key insights, discussions, and messages that shaped this year’s event. The report provides a detailed overview of the plenary sessions and parallel discussions, highlighting the vital role that social enterprises play in supporting communities, advancing circular solutions, and addressing the pressing environmental and social challenges of our time.
Whether you attended the conference or are discovering the conversations for the first time, this report serves as a valuable resource for anyone interested in circular and social economy.
