We are a small local charity, who manages a local village hall, whose regular user groups benefit many people in the local community who are members and many of whom are isolated by rurality and poverty.

Our aim is to deliver an environment for mature men that is warm welcoming and environmentally friendly. Our aim is to get mature men out and socialising again in their way.

Belfast Tool Library is the first tool lending library in Northern Ireland. Tool Libraries work just like any other library.

Dromore Community Initiatives is an organisation which promotes community engagement through various activities including Dromore repair cafe, Dromore Mens Shed, Dromore Linen Festival, Higher Ground and more

The Glen Development Initiative is a community organisation passionate about uplifting and creating opportunities in the local area. They run a number of workshops including Recycle Reimagine.

Me You and Them is a grassroots charity and social enterprise based in Dungannon. Founded in January 2020, they focus on promoting positive mental health and alleviating poverty within the local community. We receive and distributed used items. Clothes and furniture. We run workshops on DIY and on upstyling items.

The RDCA membership, consisting of most island residents over 16yrs of age in a population of about 160, commonly reuses and repairs a wide range of goods and resources.

Rural Action plays a vital role in promoting and supporting the circular economy through the delivery of its various programmes that address community resilience, enhancement of the local economy, and promotion of environmental sustainability in rural areas of Northern Ireland and beyond.

Sperrin Soul is dedicated to promoting environmental stewardship and sustainable practices through workshops and programmes, where educating and creating with repurposed materials, that would otherwise find their way to landfill, is a primary goal.  We strive to bring people together to connect with their local environment and learn why and how to best protect it. 

The mission of St Columbs Park House is to empower local people to become active citizens, changemakers and peacemakers. The heart of this is a range of sustainable development goals, with peace and justice central to the organisation but climate action, zero hunger, quality education and good health & wellbeing as strong pillars of support.

The Garrison Shed is a place where men and women can gather to work on practical projects, socialise and share skills.

We refurbish hand and electric tools and domestic sewing machines for artisans in sub Sahara Africa, especially in Tanzania. We are a volunteer organisation and all volunteers receive training in repair skills. We particularly welcome volunteers with extra support needs. We act as a donation point for tools, sewing machines, workshop machinery and more.
